The FWFN ID Clinic will be held Thursday, June 19, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM at the FWFN Community Hall.

• Birth certificate applications are free for FWFN members. Registration is required for birth certificate appointments. Contact 807-622-8802 or JulieBannon@fwfn.com to sign up.

• Service Canada will be onsite to assist with SIN and Passport applications (walk-in only, no appointment needed). They will assist but cannot process applications onsite. All related costs are the applicant’s responsibility.

• For SIN applications: those over 18 need an original birth certificate and photo ID. Those under 18 need only an original birth certificate.
