Community members are invited to join us for a Plant Medicine Workshop and discover ways to use plants as medicine.

Participants will learn three simple ways to work with plant medicine for self-healing and wellness, including preparation, application, and mindful practice.

Topics include:

✔ Teas and infusions
✔ Tinctures
✔ External applications for the body

This hands-on workshop is open to all experience levels and offers an opportunity to deepen your relationship with plant medicine while learning practical ways to support your well-being.
