Catering Opportunity - Annual Community Clean-Up 2026

Fort William First Nation is currently inviting its members to submit quotations to provide all the necessary materials, labour and equipment to provide catering services for our Annual Community Clean Up 2026. This event is set to take place on Saturday, June 6th, 2026 from 10:00am – 2:00pm at the Community Centre and will cater to approximately 100 people, with lunch to be served at 12:00pm.
Interested parties are invited to provide a quote for a BBQ buffet. Please see the following menu items:
- Cheeseburgers/Hamburgers with buns
- Hot dogs & smokies with buns
- Condiments
- Variety of chips & beverages (including water)
We will provide a BBQ if needed.
Your quotation will be considered if it is emailed to EnvironmentalOfficer@fwfn.com by 4:00pm on Monday, May 18th, 2026.
