Catering Opportunity - Annual Health Fair
Type: HourlyFort William First Nation is currently inviting its members to submit quotations to provide all the necessary materials, labour and equipment to provide catering services for our Annual Health Fair. This event is set to take place on Monday, July 13th, 2026, at the Community Centre, and will cater to approximately 300 people.
Interested parties are invited to provide a quote for the following menu items:
- Rigatoni with meat sauce, caesar salad, garden salad, dressings, parmesan cheese, buns, and butter
- Coffee and tea with sugar, milk, cream and sugar twin
- Juice and water
- Spoons, forks, knives, plates, napkins, cups, salt & pepper
- Fruit, desserts/cake
Your quotation will be considered if it is submitted in a sealed envelope addressed to Interim Health Centre Manager, Julie Bannon or via email at juliebannon@fwfn.com by 3:30pm on Friday, June 19, 2026.
Sealed submissions should be delivered to the Fort William First Nation Health Centre office, which operates Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Submissions received after this date and time will not be considered.
