Catering Opportunity - Spring 55+ Luncheon

Fort William First Nation’s Health Centre is currently inviting its members to submit quotations to provide all the necessary materials, labour and equipment to provide catering services for the Spring 55+ Luncheon and Bingo Event, scheduled for Saturday, March 21st, 2026, serving approximately 250 people.
Interested parties are invited to provide a quote for the following lunch menu items:
- Hot lunch, sides, desserts, fruit and veggie trays;
- Utensils, plates, cups and napkins;
- Tea, coffee, juice, and water.
Your quotation will be considered if it is received sealed in an envelope by 12:00pm on Wednesday, March 11th, 2026.
Sealed submissions can be brought to the Fort William First Nation Health Centre which is located at 90 Anemki Drive – Second Floor. Please address it to the Health Centre Manager, Julie Bannon.
Submissions received after this date and time will not be considered.
