Catering Opportunity

**CATERING OPPORTUNITY**

The Fort William First Nation Health Centre is currently inviting submissions from Community Member’s to provide CATERING SERVICES for the 55+ Christmas Dinner.

Catering will be for approximately 400 people.

There will be 2 caterers chosen.

Applicants must have previous experience catering and are required to provide own equipment.

Interested individuals are asked to submit your quote by 3:30pm on Wednesday, November 29^th, 2023 addressed to Health Centre Manager-Luanne Maki.

Any submissions received after this time will not be accepted.

Catering Event:

The scheduled date for this event will be Monday, December 11^th, 2023 with the menu being:

Turkey, Ham, Perogies, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Stuffing, Cranberries, Perogies, Sour Cream, Pasta, Turnips, Carrots, Buns, Butter, Salad, Salad Dressing, Desserts, Coffee, Tea, Water, Juice, Milk/Cream, Salt/Pepper, Sugar/Sugar twin, Plates, Cups, Cutlery, Napkins.

IMPORTANT NOTIFICATION: Catering services include meal preparation, service and clean-up.
