At the direction of Chief & Council:

Christmas Distribution will be $1,500 to all registered status members as of October 31, 2025.

Payment will be processed via EFT on Friday, November 28, 2025. For U.S. residents who do not have Canadian banking information on file, cheques will be sent by mail.

Members with an outstanding A/R balance will see a deduction of up to 20% from their payment. For example, if a member owes more than $300, 20% of the distribution will be deducted—calculated as $1,500 x 20% = $300—resulting in a payment of $1,200. If the amount owed is less than $300, the full outstanding A/R balance will be deducted.
