Fort William First Nation will host an ID Clinic on Thursday, October 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the FWFN Community Hall. Birth certificate applications are free for FWFN members, and Service Canada will also assist with Passport and Social Insurance Number applications. To apply for a birth certificate, you will need your name at birth, location of birth, parents’ last name at time of birth, and parents’ date of birth. Appointments are required.
